Who we are
Talemoor publishes illustrated stories on YouTube. You can reach us at talemoorstudio@gmail.com for any question about this policy or about your data.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it has no forms. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so visiting it does not send your data to any third party through our pages.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may process technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to operate and protect the service. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Our YouTube channel
When you watch, like, subscribe or comment on our videos, you are using YouTube, and Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service apply. As channel owners we only see what YouTube shows every creator: public comments and aggregated, anonymous statistics.
Our publishing tool and Google API data
We use a private tool, connected to the YouTube Data API (one of the YouTube API Services), to manage our own channel: uploading videos and setting titles, descriptions, translations, subtitles, playlists, artwork and channel settings.
- The tool is authorized only by the Talemoor account and accesses only the Talemoor channel. It does not request, collect or process data of any other YouTube user.
- The authorization tokens are stored on our own computer, protected, and are never shared.
- Data received from Google APIs is used only to manage our channel. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Talemoor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union you have the rights given by the GDPR, including access, rectification and erasure of your personal data. Through this website and our tool we do not collect personal data about you; for anything you shared with us by email, write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and its effective date.
